1. Seller receives offer to sell home.
2. Buyer and Seller negotiate contract and agree to terms.
3. Seller delivers Disclosure Statement to buyer. Buyer has 10 days to inspect home and ask for repairs.
4. Seller has 5 days to agree or disagree with requested repairs.
5. Seller makes moving plans, completes repairs, and maintains property to close of escrow.
6. Buyer and Seller set appointment to sign documents at title.
7. Lender funds loan. Documents are recoreded.
8. Seller gets all keys, garage door openers and alarm information together for Buyer.
